The 'Coaching for Performance' programme is aimed at managers and other people who need to develop their coaching skills in a business enviroment.This is a blended learning programme which includes e-learning and classroom training. You'll be able to learn at your own pace and will also benefit from two classroom sessions where you can discuss the outcomes, practice techniques and take your coaching to the next level.
